Model: HO gauge. Kit. In the model, water cranes with joint boards were often found on platforms on exit tracks. The reason for such a location was obvious: if the steam locomotive of a run-in train had to catch up with water, the locomotive did not always come to a stop at a water crane. A re-attracting or resetting would have meant an increased danger for incoming and eliminating travelers. Due to the joint boom, a certain length compensation was given in order to introduce the socks to the filling of the water tank in the lunchener without the train having to start. These types of water cranes often belonged to the existence of a railway depot. The models also include an additional base with stairs to compensate for the height difference between tracks with bedding and model tracks.
