Model: HO gauge. Weathered residential building based on an original model in Worms, Rhineland-Palatinate. Houses of this type can still be found in the workers‘ housing estate known popularly as „Kiautschau“, which was built by the „Aktiengesellschaft zur Erbauung billiger Wohnungen namentlich zum Besten der Arbeiter in Worms am Rhein“, founded in 1897. The kit features half-timbering, doors and shutters made of real wood. The building has been authentically aged by professional patination.
