HO abandoned sanctuary

Model: HO gauge. This building model in authentic „Lost Places“ style contains architectural elements of the former Aprath spa clinic near Wülfrath in the Mettmann district of North Rhine-Westphalia. It can also represent an abandoned hotel or former factory building and is thus universally applicable. The weathered plaster has a super-realistic 3D look. The matt surface has a model-like rough character in look and feel. The conservatory, doors and windows of the abandoned building are made of real wood. The three floors are equipped with floors and partition walls. The kit comes with numerous window elements for interior and exterior decoration. The assembly is particularly easy due to a stable base that can be plugged together and is covered with the ready-cut and coloured parts. In addition, only a craft knife and model-making glue or all-purpose glue are required.
